1. I understand and agree that Easy trademarks LLC. is not a law firm. None of Easy trademarks LLC.’s officers or employees are authorized to practice law or provide legal advice to any of Easy trademarks LLC.’s clients.
   • Accordingly, I understand and acknowledge that no attorney-client relationship is created through the performance of any services by Easy trademarks LLC. or Easy trademarks LLC. websites content and forms.
   • I understand and acknowledge that the Services, forms and online templates are not a substitute for the advice or services of an attorney. Rather, I am representing myself in this legal matter.
2. I have read and understand Easy trademarks LLC.’s website general terms including but not limited to terms of use, terms of service and privacy policy (the "Site Terms ").

• I understand that in agreeing to these Terms of Service, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to those Terms of Use.
• I understand that my purchase may be subject to additional terms and conditions. If applicable, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Site Terms.
3. If prior to purchasing I believe that Easy trademarks LLC. gave me any legal advice or recommendations about my legal rights, options, remedies, selection of forms or strategies, I will not proceed with this purchase, and any purchase that I do make will be null and void.
4. I understand that these Terms require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, in line with the terms of service rather than jury trials or class actions, and also limit the remedies available to me in the event of a dispute;
5. I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. may review my answers and submissions however any such review will be limited to completeness, spelling and internal consistencies, where applicable, I will read the final documents before signing and agree to be solely responsible for the final documents.
6. Non-Arabic-Speaking Customers:
   • I understand that certain materials on the Easy trademarks LLC. site and forms including but not limited to questionnaires, documents, instructions, and filings, are only available in Arabic as provided by the respective sources. Some English translations of these are provided for convenience only.
   • I understand that all terms relating to the use of this site including but not limited to terms of service, terms of use, and privacy are provided in Arabic for convenience only. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between translations English version is authoritative and control
7. Non-English-Speaking Customers: All terms related to the use of this site including but not limited to terms of service, use, and privacy are provided in English and other languages. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between translations English version is authoritative and controls.
8. To the best of my knowledge, I have provided accurate information to Easy trademarks LLC. and I have obtained all third-party consents required for my order.
9. I give Easy trademarks LLC. the consent to affix my electronic signature or assign representatives who can represent me where required to file my documents. I understand I may withdraw my consent, provided my documents have not already been filed, by contacting Easy trademarks LLC.
10. Except as prohibited by law, I will hold Easy trademarks LLC. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (including attorneys' fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or at trial or on appeal, if any, whether or not litigation or arbitration is instituted), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property damage, arising from this agreement and any violation by me of any federal, state, or local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if Easy trademarks LLC. has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage. except as prohibited by law, if there is liability found on the part of Easy trademarks LLC., I understand that such a liability will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages.
11. Third party sites:
    • I understand that if I purchased a product/service that involves third party services, I may be required to accept additional terms located on the third party’s site, and the third party may contact me by email and/or phone with instructions on how to access my benefits.
    • I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms of use or content of those sites.
    • I understand it is my responsibility to review the privacy policies, terms of use and content of non-Easy trademarks LLC. websites to confirm that I understand and agree with them.
    • I acknowledge and agree that Easy trademarks LLC. websites shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any Third-Party websites or services.
12. I understand that if I choose to add a product or a service to my order after the date of my initial purchase, these Terms of Service will apply to that additional product or service purchased as well.
13. I understand that I may request an exchange of one product/service for another and complete a replacement order within 15 days of my purchase only if the product/service was not completed yet. The purchase price of the original item, less any filing fees, taxes or other third-party costs, will be credited to my Easy trademarks LLC. account. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order or, if a replacement order is not completed within 120 days of purchase, the full original purchase price (in each case less any filing fees, taxes or other third-party costs) will be credited to my original form of payment.
14. Suspended accounts:
    • I understand that if Easy trademarks LLC. encounters evidence of suspicious activity in connection with my account, including, but not limited to, evidence that my account is being used by someone who is not authorized to do so, I acknowledge that Easy trademarks LLC. may, at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice to me and without liability, reject, prevent, discontinue or suspend my account(s) and/or my use of the Service if, at its sole discretion, Easy trademarks LLC. is of the opinion that my use does not meet its specifications or guidelines, or which Easy trademarks LLC. may consider to be inappropriate, illegal or harmful to its interests.
    • I understand that if Easy trademarks LLC. in its sole discretion, may opt to temporarily disable my account for a reasonable amount of time in order to investigate. In the event that Easy trademarks LLC. disables my account, I understand that, absent a court order, no information about my account will be provided to anyone outside Easy trademarks LLC., including me or any authorized contact, until the investigation is complete.
    • Additionally, I understand that Easy trademarks LLC., in its sole discretion, may decide not to send any documents associated with my account to me or file any such documents with any government authority, while my account is disabled. I acknowledge that Easy trademarks LLC. will not be liable for any delays caused by these policies and procedures.
    • I understand that EASY TRADEMARKS LLC. shall have no liability to refund any portion of your paid purchases or subscriptions if applicable.
    • I understand that EASY TRADEMARKS LLC. has the right to deduct any costs, damages or expenses that it may have incurred in relation to such inappropriate, illegal or harmful use from my unused pre-paid purchases or subscriptions, if any, or to claim the same from me by any other means.
15. I understand that my concerns can be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction by customer service representatives. If, however in the unlikely event that the customer service representatives were not able to resolve my complaint, I agree to resort to binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve those disputes rather than in a court of general jurisdiction.
16. Services provided:
    • I understand that I shall provide Easy trademarks LLC. in good time with all information and instructions relevant to the execution of an order.
    • I understand that I must also inform Easy trademarks LLC. in time and in writing of any changes in the address details, the name and other relevant details concerning the client and any other parties involved in the execution of an order.
    • I understand that If I do not comply with these obligations, this will be at my own risk.
    • I understand that any service offered by Easy trademarks LLC. through this site and others is limited to representation before the specific Jurisdiction purchased as part of my order.
    • I understand that I am deemed to have purchased an order myself for myself, and that I am not acting on behalf of third parties.
    • In the event that more than one party is involved, I and the party I represent will expressly state so in any purchase from the site, and understand that the use of the site on behalf of a third party is subject to additional screening procedures by EASY TRADEMARKS LLC. and a written confirmation that the third party is accepted as a client should be provided by EASY TRADEMARKS LLC.
    • All parties must themselves ensure and guarantee unambiguous instructions to the Company.
    • In the event that more than one party is involved, the Client assigns one contact person and one backup for decisions required regarding services rendered or to be rendered.
    • Easy trademarks LLC. is entitled to call in third parties for the execution of an order.
17. Registration and Account
    • • I understand that the use of the Easy trademarks LLC. websites and services require the registration and creation of an account.
    • As part of the registration process I understand that I will need to provide Easy trademarks LLC. with information such as my full name, email address, phone number and Company name.
    • I understand that I will need to choose a private password with which you shall be able to access the account and Service.
    • I understand that I am responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are solely responsible for all activities which occur under the account and the use of the password.
    • I understand that it is my responsibility to immediately notify Easy trademarks LLC. of any disclosure or unauthorized use or breach of security of the client’s account by email.
    • I hereby represent and warrant that any and all information provided through the website is and will be accurate and complete and you shall keep this information up-to-date at all times.
18. Orders
    • Official fees
      • I understand that official fees: Except as otherwise noted, filing and recording fees may include all mandatory or applicable national taxes and local administrative fees, reservation fees, expedite fees, certified copy fees, courier fees, other transactional fees and currency exchange differences relating to these fees, incurred on my behalf by Easy trademarks LLC. and its related websites and affiliates.
      • I understand that official fees may change without any prior confirmation, so if I had ordered a product/service which was not executed due to lack of documents or information and the official fees were changed subsequent to my initial order, I understand that I would have to settle the difference in fees, otherwise my order will be considered abandoned and I will forfeit the rights to the professional fees I paid.
    • Submitted material
      • I understand that it is part of my responsibility to complete my order as part my order for certain trademark, products and services, I may be required to submit to Easy trademarks LLC. materials such as specimens, drawings, or copies of my work in order for it to complete my order and submit my document(s) to the relevant government office.
      • I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain all documents in a properly executed format for completing my trademark orders;
      • I understand that it is my responsibility to follow up deadlines and make sure all the documents are provided in a timely manner;
      • I understand that any of the fees quoted in the EASY TRADEMARKS LLC. websites do not include costs incurred relation to preparation of documents required for the purposes of completing trademark orders such as legalizations and notarizations.
      • I understand that while Easy trademarks LLC. may retain digital copies of my submission, Easy trademarks LLC. not retain physical copies of my submissions and will not return those materials to me.
      • I understand that all physical materials that Easy trademarks LLC. does not submit to government offices as part of my application will be securely destroyed.
    • Orders
      • Order submission date: I understand that the order submission date is the later of; the date I submit my order online on the Easy trademarks LLC. website, OR the date I settle the fees to Easy trademarks LLC., OR the date Easy trademarks LLC. receives the fees related to the service I ordered, OR the date all the required information is available to execute the order OR the date all the documents relevant and required to execute the order have been properly scanned and physically forwarded to Easy trademarks LLC. for the execution of the services requested.
      • I understand that my purchases allow me to complete and follow up my own trademark. I understand that, other than as required by applicable law, I shall have no right to cancel, request a cash refund or obtain credit for any undelivered order after 60 days have elapsed from the order submission date.
      • I understand that my delivered orders are governed by Easy trademarks LLC. Satisfaction Guarantee.
      • I acknowledge that Easy trademarks LLC. incurs out of pocket time and money for undertaking the work and I fully intend to complete the order.
      • I understand that abandoned orders will result in liquidated damages equal to the amount paid to Easy trademarks LLC. for reimbursement of our commitment to service this order.
    • Search
      • I understand that when requesting a trademark search Easy trademarks LLC. cannot be under any circumstance directly or indirectly liable for the Search results received whether official results received by the TMO of any jurisdiction or unofficial results received from Easy trademarks LLC. databases.
      • I understand and acknowledge that search results may not reveal all identical filed/ registered marks, or marks with a similar meaning or marks with the same character in a different language. In addition, a search results in most jurisdictions does not include the trademarks which are under process, have been filed but not published, or have been filed and rejected. It should be noted as well, that most of the trademark offices databases are not complete and therefore the outcome of the search may still get the mark rejected after filing.
      • I understand that search procedures are less extensive than examination procedures.
      • I understand and acknowledge that when the mark subject for search is composed of 2 or more words, different searches might need to be conducted in order to get the best results and be able to decide on next steps, and it is my personal responsibility to order this from Easy trademarks LLC.
      • I understand that search results may be misleading, confusing, and not reflect the actual risk exposure.
      • I understand that it is easy to miss records of confusingly similar trademarks, as some TMOs offer the service for identical marks only, which could potentially create a risk of trademark infringement and block the trademark registration application.
      • I understand that search results are not as extensive as examination criteria as searches are completed on absolute grounds, whereas examination is usually on relative grounds.
      • I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. endeavors to provide customers with the most thorough and up-to-date search results through the best available technology and trained search specialists.
      • Accordingly, I understand that it takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the accuracy and completeness of searches is the best possible using its resources, including existing databases and personnel.
      • For due diligence purposes, trademark customers should thoroughly examine the search report and review to ensure that they are satisfactory and accurate before making any decisions regarding their trademark(s).
      • I understand that conducting a search and receiving clear results does not prelude me from getting a rejection if I were to proceed with filing the trademark.
    • Services
      • I understand that some countries require the class description to be in accordance with the Nice Classification or their own classification, and I am liable to provide these classifications in line with local procedures
      • I understand and agree that Easy trademarks LLC. may need to amend the goods and services to be in line with local practices before filing a trademark;
      • I understand and acknowledge that there are regular updates to requirement under local practices so advice provided on goods and services to include are suggestions based on local practices and norms;
      • I understand that the trademark submitted need to be in Arabic and therefore translations and translations should be provided, and I provide Easy trademarks LLC. with the authority to complete such translations and transliterations based on their experience and based on documents provided by me;
      • I understand that some countries require additional official fees for color claims;
      • I understand that in some jurisdictions where official documents are not required prior to filing, a discrepancy between the applicant’s details when the trademark is filed and applicant’s details as per the documents provided may cause an office action and therefore I hold Easy trademarks LLC. harmless and remove liability for any office action issued due to such differences, which were technically caused by the discrepancy of my submission to the site.
      • I understand that the applicant’s details should be in accordance with the POA; if this is not respected, TMOs will most probably issue office actions and I hold Easy trademarks LLC. harmless and remove liability for any office action issued due to such differences;
      • I understand that the details of the application are my sole responsibility
      • I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. services are for assistance only, and EASY TRADEMARKS LLC. cannot be held liable for any error included in the submission I have made;
      • I understand that any submission made in error will have to be re-filled or amended post filing or post registration therefore additional official and professional fees will apply;
      • I understand that depending on the country I choose and the package I choose; I will be liable for the delay charges or lapse of application in some instances for the delay or non-submission of official documents required;
      • I understand that in some countries where an extension of time is possible, such extensions will not be filed automatically, and will only be filed when it is expressly requested by me to Easy trademarks LLC. I understand that such extensions may require additional official and professional fees;
      • I understand that some jurisdictions require sworn translations or regular translations to Arabic, I understand that such translations should be provided by me or ordered on the website directly as a separate service add on;
      • I understand that double payment of official fees through the Easy trademarks LLC. site is sometimes caused by glitches in the official site of the jurisdiction in question. Such double payments will not be reimbursed by our firm, to your card, a formal request should be submitted to the ministry in question in order to receive the refund. We cannot be held liable for such issues related to the trademark office website;
      • I understand that EASY TRADEMARKS LLC. to the best of their ability will provide me with the filing number and filing date and in many instances, this will be generated automatically – however I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. cannot be liable for any downtimes caused by the systems of the local trademark offices;
      • I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. represent me directly or through their affiliates and suppliers represent me and my intellectual property filings locally.
      • I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. cannot be liable or responsible for any decision issued by the trademark office;
      • I understand that a delay in the issuance of a decision will be investigated by us, however we cannot be held liable by any delays caused by the trademark office;
      • I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor deadlines and such deadlines depend on the jurisdiction chosen.
      • I understand that the deadline to settle Publication fees should be monitored and that I am solely responsible and liable for any delays in settling publication fees to Easy trademarks LLC., keeping in mind I need to settle publication fees at least 3 working days prior to the deadline to ensure that the deadline is met.
      • I understand that in some jurisdictions non-settlement of publication fees or late settlement of publication fees may incur penalties and I am aware that I am solely responsible for settling penalty charges due to delays from settling publication.
      • I understand that if there are penalties applicable and I have only paid publication fees without penalties that Easy trademarks LLC. will not proceed with settling official publication fees on my behalf unless I have settled the full official amounts due at least 3 working days before the deadline;
      • I understand that in some jurisdictions non-settlement of publication fees may result in the cancellation of the application and I am aware that I am solely responsible for any delay including a lapse in my application.
      • I understand that the deadline to reply should be monitored by me and that I am liable for any delays in providing EASY TRADEMARKS LLC. with instructions to perform any action on my behalf.
      • I understand and acknowledge that I should provide Easy trademarks LLC. with instructions on taking action at least 3 full business days before the deadline.
      • I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. cannot be held liable for any office action raised based on examination as such decisions are issued based on the examiner’s sole opinion;
      • I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. will not be liable for following up deadlines relating to rejections, oppositions or any deadlines for prosecution matters, it is my sole responsibility to do so.
      • I understand that I should provide instructions on whether or not to proceed with responding to a rejection at least 7 working days before the deadline to provide sufficient time for drafting a response.
      • I understand that if I decided to reply to a rejection I should provide all supporting documentation at least 5 working days prior to the deadline of responding to the rejection.
      • I understand that a delay in providing the supporting documents for the rejection is my sole responsibility.
      • I understand that Official Gazettes which are published online are available for user to monitor their trademark and therefore any trademark I submitted in confidence becomes public knowledge and disclosed.
      • I understand that when my trademark is published, third parties may file an opposition against my trademark and I am solely responsible for the opposition received and managing the deadlines relating to responding to oppositions.
      • I understand that there are some instances where Easy trademarks LLC. and its suppliers may not be able to represent me in oppositions and therefore will refer me to a third party, and it is my responsibility to communicate with the third party provide it with information and details and follow up with the third party to file the counter opposition.
      • I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. is not responsible for any third party referred to as part of the prosecution process.
      • I understand that publication fees on the Easy trademarks LLC. site is quoted at the minimum rates,
      • I understand that I am solely responsible to settle additional publication charges (for official publications and professional publications) for colored trademarks or trademarks with a longer list of goods which may require additional charges.
      • I understand that the deadline to settle registration fees should be monitored and that I am solely responsible and liable for any delays in settling registration fees to Easy trademarks LLC., keeping in mind I need to settle registration fees at least 3 working days prior to the deadline to ensure that the deadline is met.
      • I understand that in some jurisdictions non-settlement of registration fees or late settlement of registration fees may incur penalties and I am aware that I am solely responsible for settling penalty charges due to delays from settling registration fees;
      • I understand that in some jurisdictions non-settlement of registration fees may result in the cancellation of the application and I am aware that I am solely responsible for any lapse in my application due to a delay in settlement of registration fees.
      • I understand that if there are penalties applicable and I have only paid registration fees without penalties that Easy trademarks LLC.  will not proceed with settling official registration fees on my behalf unless I have settled the full official amounts due at least 3 working days before the deadline;
      • I understand that in some countries an electronic certificate is issued by the trademark office, therefore I acknowledge that no hard copy would be mailed to me.
      • I understand that in some countries a scanned copy of the certificate is not sufficient and a hard copy certificate is required, with that known, I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. are not responsible for holding on to any hard copy certificates on my behalf.
      • I understand if I do not settle charges relating to additional courier fees within 45 days of issuance certificate, I will be solely liable for any lost or purged certificates.
      • I understand that in some countries, a change of agent is required to complete some of the services for formality and I am choosing not to change agent and not settle additional fees
      • I understand that in the jurisdictions were change of agent is required to complete some of the services the official fees represented for the service reflect the fees to change agent to ensure all formality requirements are met.
      • I understand and acknowledge that I have submitted the details of the trademark to the best of my knowledge.
      • I understand that in some instances a delay in filing an assignment application, change, or renewal incurs additional penalty charges.
      • I understand that penalty charges relating to late instructions for filing an assignment application, change, or renewal (less than 7 working days) is my sole responsibility;
      • I understand that penalty charges may be incurred if the documents required are not available, and therefore if I do not submit all required documents on a timely basis I am held liable for any penalties which arise;
      • I understand and acknowledge that I filled the information for assignments, changes, renewals, to the best of my knowledge and I am not knowingly trying to get around the system. I acknowledge that I am liable for any discrepancy in the official fees if I mistakenly requested a service with inaccurate deadlines (such as requesting a renewal before expiry while the mark had lapsed);
      • I understand that I am liable for any difference in official fees between the fees I have settled to Easy trademarks LLC. and the official fees Easy trademarks LLC. has to settle on my behalf.
      • I understand that I am liable if the service applications submitted were rejected for formality requirements including missing documents not provided by me;
      • I understand that in some jurisdictions there is a discrepancy between the trademark office records and my records and it is my sole responsibility to provide any proof to align both records.
19. Satisfaction guaranteed
    • If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future
      • If you're not satisfied, simply call us during our normal business hours. All requests made under this guarantee must be made within 30 days of purchase completion date. We will process your request within 15 business days after we've received all of the documents and materials sent to you. Unfortunately, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to attorneys affiliated with our legal plans or attorney-assisted products.
      • Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of Easy trademarks LLC.’s service. In some cases, a government backlog can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Similarly, Easy trademarks LLC. does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by affiliates and suppliers.
      • I acknowledge that problems like these are beyond Easy trademarks LLC.’s control and are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.
      • I understand that since EASY TRADEMARKS LLC. is dedicating time and effort to your legal document preparation, their guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Easy trademarks LLC. - not changes to my personal situation or my state of mind.
20. Billing and pricing - By creating an account and subscribing for the Service or renewing your subscription for the Service, you indicate you agree to the charges imposed by Easy trademarks LLC. for:
    • The particular services you have requested. You agree to comply with any payment terms that the Easy trademarks LLC. may impose from time to time. You may be required to pay some invoices in advance and/or an annual, half yearly, quarterly or monthly basis to use the Service. Easy trademarks LLC. shall at all times be entitled not to commence or continue the work if such an advance has not yet been paid. Easy trademarks LLC. shall also be entitled to discontinue/suspend the work in the event of default with regard to the payment of any (other) invoice of Easy trademarks LLC.
      • All sums payable by you to Easy trademarks LLC. may be quoted exclusive of any services tax, or any other taxes that may be levied on the subscription. As such, you agree that the Easy trademarks LLC. may charge you and/or the credit card on record for any taxes or charges that the Easy trademarks LLC. is required to pay by any applicable law or regulation in a particular jurisdiction.
      • Billing and settlements will be handled in phases in line with local procedures. Delay in settlement by the client may lead to loss of rights, which the Easy trademarks LLC. will not be liable for. Settlement of official fees and professional fees for each phase should be at least 5 days before the deadline in order to ensure no deadlines is missed. Any settlement within the 5-day period leading up to the deadline and after the deadline may imply loss of right or additional penalty charges which have to be settled by the client. Failure to settle any invoice that might result in delay and might incur delay charges depending on the jurisdiction will be at the client own risk. As such, you agree that the Easy trademarks LLC. may charge you and/or the credit card on record for any delay charges that the Easy trademarks LLC. is required to pay by any applicable law or regulation in a particular jurisdiction.
21. Access to World Wide Web; To use Easy trademarks LLC. services, I must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. I am responsible for providing all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and Internet access. Access to certain Easy trademarks LLC. services may be limited or delayed based on problems inherent in the use of Internet and electronic communications. I understand that Easy trademarks LLC. is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.
22. Force Majeure: Easy trademarks LLC. shall not be considered in breach of or default under these Terms of Service or any contract with me, and shall not be liable to me for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder by reason of force majeure. For the purpose of this clause, the term “force majeure” means and includes any earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event") If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 60 days in the aggregate, Easy trademarks LLC. may immediately terminate these Terms of Service and shall have no liability to me for or as a result of any such termination.
