By this point, you have the knowledge to start building your brand in all areas. One of those areas will be online where you’ll have your website, blog, and social profiles. These assets will help you control your brand online, but you’ll still need to monitor your Trademark/brand.
Brand monitoring
The process of tracking different channels to identify where your trademark is mentioned. Knowing where and how people are talking about your trademark will help you better understand how people understand it, and let you collect valuable feedback from your audience.
To know if what you are doing is working or not, you need to track your performance metric by using Google Analytics, surveys, comments, social media discussions, etc., to monitor your brand, as this will allow you to implement changes to your brand as needed, whether it's to correct a mistake or to improve brand identity.
Creating a memorable brand/trademark requires consistency, and it's worth it when customers instantly recognize who you are and what you do based on a logo or a name.
